1. Program description
By opting in to receive text messages from Ink It Your Way, LLC, you agree to receive messages related to your inquiry, quote, artwork, approval, order, appointment, pickup, delivery, billing, or other customer-service matters. We may also send occasional promotional messages when your consent covers marketing.
2. Consent
You may opt in through a website form, written agreement, keyword, direct request, or another method that clearly indicates your consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and are authorized to consent.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Ink It Your Way does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, we may still contact you through a non-SMS method when needed to complete an existing transaction or comply with law. If you later want to resume messages, contact us or opt in again.

6. Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, service availability, and other factors outside our control. The program may not be available on every carrier or device.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers that help us deliver and manage messages.
8. Changes
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program or these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
